🤝 You’d be a fit if…
- Influencer Marketing Experience: You’ve built influencer marketing programs before. Previous experience working at an agency or e-commerce brand and building influencer programs is a must for this role.
- Client Relationship Building: If you’ve worked in a client-facing role before (eg: account management, customer success or support, hospitality), you’d be a great fit for this position. If your friends and colleagues call you a “people person”, you must apply!
- Strategic Thinking: You’ve mastered tactical influencer marketing and want to move from individual contributor to manager who develops strategies and works on higher-level projects; this role is for you.
- Tech-Savviness: Being friendly with technology and software products is a huge plus, given we are a software platform. If you can “figure it out” when it comes to new platforms, you’d succeed in this role.
- Customer Success Experience: If the words product adoption, user retention, and NRR mean something to you, you’d be a fit for this role. We’d prefer someone who’s worked in roles that helped customers succeed, and thus also drove profit for the company.
Role & Responsibilities đź’Ľ
Your overarching objective is to make customers successful at using SARAL. You will do this primarily through onboarding calls, asynchronous check-ins, and building strategies for onboarding and retaining users.
- Designing Influencer Campaigns: Your work will involve looking at brands that sign up for SARAL and designing ideal influencer campaigns for them based on their budget and goals.
- Strategy Sessions: With almost all new customers, you will hop on a couple of zoom sessions, helping them craft an influencer strategy (if they don't have one) and answering any questions about how to make the most out of SARAL.
- Customer Success: You will stay in touch with customers on a regular basis, checking in on their progress and offering help if needed. You will work on larger projects to improve how we onboard and retain customers
- Suggest Product Improvements: You will be an advocate for our customers. You need to see where brands usually struggle with the platform and suggest improvements to prevent that friction from happening again.
