This project will reflect a typical day in the life of a Customer Support Representative at SARAL. It involves a simple Q&A that involves directly answering customer questions and suggesting workarounds, alternatives, and creative solutions to their issues.

Please submit your answers to the questions listed below in the required formats: both video and written. This helps us assess your ability to communicate with customers effectively through both written and real-time interaction.

🎯 Objective

As our support rep, most of your work will involve communicating with current SARAL users and potential leads. Your goal is to educate customers on SARAL functionalities and ensure their success with the program. You'll also assist with issue and bug resolution promptly.

Your day will involve extensive communication with users and our engineering team to ensure all issues, requests, and queries are resolved quickly, efficiently, and smartly by finding ways to prevent future similar issues.

Your primary goal is Customer Happiness 😍. Address bottlenecks and evaluate reported problems to determine if they can be resolved using existing SARAL features and workarounds. Rely on your knowledge and understanding of processes to establish solutions without constantly escalating to other teams.
